This policy explains what data is collected when you visit ringwise-app.com, how it is used and how it is protected. The site is operated by Apeka Group Limited (the Ringwise brand), registered in England and Wales, company no. 17105369, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.

1. Data we collect

Simply visiting the site does not require any personal data from you. Personal data is collected only if you choose to submit the demo request form (see the privacy notice). Our hosting provider may keep standard server access logs for security and reliability.

2. Cookies

Our marketing pages use no cookies; there are no advertising or behavioural tracking tools. Visit statistics use cookieless Vercel Web Analytics. The currency you pick on the pricing page is kept only in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us.

3. Third-party services

• Supabase (EU): demo form data is stored in our database in the European Union.
• Vercel: website hosting. Vercel Web Analytics: page views, referrer, country, browser and device type as aggregate statistics only; no cookies, visitors are distinguished by a hash that is discarded within 24 hours, no profile is built.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's servers; your browser makes a standard connection request.
• ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com): pages that show prices fetch today's exchange rate from this service; the request is made by your browser and contains no personal data.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Form data is stored in an access-restricted database and seen only by people handling your request. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

5. Retention and deletion

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Email us at any time to have it deleted.
