This notice explains how Apeka Group Limited (the "Ringwise" brand) processes the personal data you send us through the demo request form on ringwise-app.com.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you submit the demo request form: your name, phone number, email address, company name, industry, the type of call handling you need, your estimated monthly call volume, any note you add (optional) and how you heard about us.

3. Why we use it

• To assess your demo request,
• To contact you about your request and provide information,
• To measure which channels bring us enquiries.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you choose to send us and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use this form to collect marketing consent; if we ever need it, we will ask separately.

5. Where your data is stored

Form data is stored in our database hosted in the European Union (Supabase, EU region). The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (US); cookieless, anonymous visit statistics are collected with Vercel Web Analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC, US). We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
